Tobago: Part Deux

I have a lot of pictures of Tobago. A lot. So, here are a few more, including: Alan's souvenir stand just after sunset on a quiet evening, a good meal of curried snapper at Lyda's, fisherman Grant who took us out snorkeling off Speyside and another interior at Lyda's, with Mark, Dana and Jens. Dana perhaps making an offer to Jens of three TT dollars to find a car to drive him back up the hill to his house.

Enjoying the island photos, what great blues in these pictures. We spent our honeymoon on St. John in the USVI and my niece is living there now and teaching school. More rain coming for all of this week, would sure love to be in the tropics right now!

No kidding, Tracey. It was about 20 degrees here this morning, with high wind. We should just go back.

That curried Snapper makes my mouth water, and the shot of the beach at what looks like sunset makes my heart ache.

Yes, Michael, the fish was very good. They know how to do curry down there. And sunsets. And I'll tell Dee you appreciate the retraction. She did think the "unreliable" thing was a bit rash.

Looks Fantastic all that sunshine!
When I was a kid our next door Neighbours were from Trinidad, Eddie and Yevonne, they were the most chilled out coolest people and great neigbours.

Those TTers know how to relax. They call it "liming." As in, "Hey, mon, we be limin' tonight down by the wata."

The music of my video is a new group of Catalan musicians who are called Manel, this one is her first CD. With a very fresh music and with sense of the humor.
Very nice the photos of Tobago

Everyone should go to Maria Bosch's website, see her taller and listen to Manel. Get in touch with Catalunya.
